You’ll pay upon booking, or at your session.

Wear clothes that are comfortable to move in, and some sticky Pilates or yoga socks. We carry socks for sale, so don’t worry about picking any up if you don’t have any.

Results are unique to the person, and dependent on how often you practice Pilates, your diet, and other healthy routines! I suggest to fit Pilates into your schedule at least 2 times per week for optimum results.

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee. We understand life's surprises; contact us if needed. Thank you for understanding.

I offer private one-on-one sessions, duet sessions (two participants), and small group classes. Each session is tailored to your fitness level and goals.
